The 5th annual Philanthropy Week is hosted by the 51ยายื Nonprofit Leadership Studies program, the Nonprofit Resource Center, the Department of Organizational Communication and Leadership and the Arthur J. Bauernfeind College of Business.

Philanthropy Week 2025 will focus on Human Services Nonprofits. The week will focus on organizations and individuals striving daily to meet the unique needs of all community members.

  • Monday, April 14 - Empty Bowls Make Day for Needline with the 51ยายื Clay Club and the 51ยายื Art Guild.

  • Tuesday, April 15 - Darkness to Light, child abuse prevention training,
    free for 51ยายื students and community members.

  • Thursday, April 17 - Philanthropy Week Keynote Address, Dr. Elise Kieffer, Program Director Nonprofit Leadership Studies and Mrs. Donna Herndon
